Three subdivision development projects were approved by Santa Rosa County's Board of County Commissioners, bringing nearly 500 housing units to the area. Two projects will be in Milton, and one near Bagdad. Additionally, six new developments in Escambia County will bring 350 homes, including Lakes of Woodbine Phase II, Marlin Place (Phase I), and Rivers Cove (Phase II).
