ATTOM data shows a rise in commercial foreclosures in Florida and nationwide. In January 2024, Florida had 47 foreclosures, up from 33 in January 2023. Nationwide, commercial foreclosures surged by 350% from May 2020 to January 2024. Local counties also experienced fluctuations in commercial foreclosures.
