2nd Look at Local Housing Markets in October

Closed sales in several early reporting local housing markets in October were down compared to the previous year. The decline was smaller than in September, but seasonal adjustments are expected to result in a larger decline. The October existing home sales report is predicted to show another significant year-over-year decline. This will mark the 26th consecutive month of declining sales.
